Log in on the microsoft website and go to purchase history and check it shows on your listing.
When you lot find it check which version of the game you purchase to make certain y'all are trying to download the right version of the game.

a few weeks ago I bought Minecraft for windows 10
after getting my hard bulldoze replaced it say on the Microsoft shop that I have to buy information technology even though I already did
